This project combined existing buildings with a new 250,000
square foot service center, and a 500,000 square foot parking
garage. The site is clustered around a lake.

Security By Design
Involvement
The project encompassed Access Control, Alarm Monitoring,
CCTV, Proprietary Central Station, and Audio Evacuation Systems.
Security By Design's scope of work included Project Definition
consisting of the Conceptual Design and Design Development
phases. A Contract Document phase contained the conduit layouts,
specifications, drawings, details, and a bid package. The
Contract Administration services included the Security Contract
or Selection process, Site Inspections, Testing, and Final
System Acceptance.
Of Special Interest
Aesthetic optical turnstiles with granite and smoked glass
were used in the in the front lobby.
Controlled computerized revolving doors at unmanned entry
form a validating barrier at the perimeter of the Service
Center building.
The communications system between buildings is totally fiber
optic.
