Security By Design assisted Del Campo & Maru Architects
on this multi-story renovation and modernization project in
downtown San Francisco, California.
The seven agencies housed in the building that we interfaced
with were the DEA, U.S. District Courts, ATF, U.S. Marshal,
HUD, GSA, and the FBI.
Security By Design
Involvement
SBD designed a Security System that met the requirements
of seven agencies that were located on three floors, housed
within the building.
As a result of the building renovation and modernization,
several federal agencies were force to move to a new location
during the duration of the upgrades. We assisted with the
integration and coordination of the access control and alarm
monitoring systems during this temporary transition.
Of Special Interest
This project involved providing the guidance for relocation
of the security systems signal paths to accommodate the new
system locations. We provided the integration and coordination
of the seven agencies and provided a proposed security system
contract that met each agency's security requirements.
