This new inner city development has 1,113 townhouses, mid and high-rise apartments. The complex covers a four-city block area and includes underground parking and commercial shops as part of the integrated site design. Additional features of the site are third level podium access between the various buildings in each block, a large health club, and central gardens with water features.

Design the overall site security system which includes an access control, CCTV, intercom, alarm monitoring station. Prepared specifications, technical drawings and details, and assisted the client with the competitive bid process.

A key part of the security design is the dedicated central security control room which contains a specially configured console that permits central control and monitoring of the entire development. Radio communications will permit instant contact between the console guard and the rover guards for immediate response to emergency situations.
