Casino Operation with poker, roulette, blackjack, and slots. Facility also houses a restaurant, cash room, vault, and other typical casino adjuncts.

Reviewed the existing CCTV and alarm systems from the standpoint of methods of control, access to the building, and secure spaces. Made recommendations relative to lighting in two particular areas: parking lots for safety issues, and over the gaming tables for video quality issues.

Provided a layout and design for the control room.

Also coordinated with and provided technical assistance to the local contractor, who was providing installation and maintenance services to the Tribe, relative to systems and approaches to achieve the flexibility and quality desired by the Tribe. This allowed the Tribe to achieve what it wanted - without having to utilize installation and maintenance services that were not locally available.
