One square block at the foot of Market Street. Site includes two large office towers (43 and 27 stories), and a large ground level plaza area that contains restaurants and multiple retail operations. Corporate Headquarters of Southern Pacific occupies the west end of the complex.

Overall Security System design for a multi-tenant building. The project included a vulnerability analysis, followed by specifications, drawings and details for Access Control and Alarm Monitoring, CCTV, Intercom, and Security Console Systems. Special design application to provide alarm interfaces with retail establishments that are tenants in the complex.

Freight elevator in-cab security includes Access control, CCTV, and intercom. Garage and the garage shuttle elevator have CCTV surveillance.

The installation also included CCTV, Infrared Motion Detection, Electronic Beams, and Talk-back Speaker provisions that protect the below grade loading dock operation.

Electronic Beams are used to control after hour access of mall area and there are special locking provisions for lobby control during periods when the Plaza is closed.
