General security consulting, advising, and assisting the Airport Security Chief regarding: Terminal A security construction documents and issues; initial definition of security objectives; communications paths and communications center; current and proposed FAR107.13 and .14 security regulations; and Airport security procedures.

Security By Design also prepared contract documents for the new communications center and closed circuit television system. Specification of hardware and software for digital security badging system and design of related database report formats.

Evaluation of security software and coordination of access control system was also completed.

Completed Terminal A first, and the CCTV system installation and final acceptance testing/punch list work was completed two years later.
